As much as I loved Microcenter I feel like not letting customers know about this is pretty screwed up. So when you guys go to MicroCenter look out for the IPSG on the receipt so you know you aren't buying refurbished. Even when I asked an employee they told me it was new. In the CA store, there is no mention of products being refurbished on the site, in store. I wouldn't have minded if they actually mentioned it anywhere. I went back home and went though other reciepts and saw that a bunch of other items I purchased 'new' were actually refurbished. When I asked why they sold it new they told me it was because it was repackaged in the same box. Thats when they told me that on the reciepts if it has the IPSG on the item that the item was refurbished from them. I told them that it doesn't mention refurbished anywhere. They denied me at first because apparently I didn't buy the right one, but then approved me because the TV I had purchased was refurbished.

I went to Microcenter to return it since I had the warrenty. Couple of days ago it was having problems. I purchased a TV from /buildapcsales in November. Im not sure many know this but when your buying something new make sure its actually new. I know how great many people consider MicroCenter to be.
